Administrative Poffertjes is a participatory extension of my ongoing project Administrative Porn. Visitors obtain a portion of poffertjes only after completing an absurd administrative procedure.
The work transforms hospitality into bureaucracy. Forms, stamps, waiting time and official validation become part of the service.
The poffertjes are not the product. The administrative experience is.
Each participant receives a certified bureaucratic procedure before enjoying a small portion of poffertjes served on printed administrative documents.
